Nature creates a perfect setting for yoga with the sound of rain or the warmth of the sun.  I've got us covered for yoga this week... literally if it rains we've got shelter to practice under.  Join me at 5:30pm Thursday, June 19 rain or shine East of the Downtown YMCA just off the Principal Riverwalk for Guerilla Yoga.
